Oakley Courts provides a thoughtful combination of architecture and design with personalized care and services to each individual while providing activities and outings to accommodate most everyone’s interests.

The exterior of the building is designed to harmonize within the residential surroundings of Freeport, while the interior incorporates forty-six studio and one-bedroom private apartments.  The rectangular layout of Oakley Courts was carefully considered to resemble a single family home within a neighborhood similar to that in which most residents have lived nearly all of their lives.

By creating a personalized service plan, the care team can schedule the activities of daily living around the time of day each resident is most accustomed and has done all his or her life.  In addition, our life style programs are customized to meet the interests and hobbies of our residents through understanding who each person is and what activities they enjoy.

Our mission is for each resident to experience the brighter side of life everyday whether sitting together and reminiscing through a family photo album, going out to a ballgame, gardening, or playing a spirited game of Euchre.
